I accidentally used a baby wipe to clean my horse saddle. I didn't realise till after I had done it that it was bad for the leather. I didn't actually clean the whole saddle, just a few wipes here and there...so will it do any major damage to my saddle? Please help, I'm rather worried :( !

  1. Baby wipes are not for that purpose. To help your situation you may try those liquid glycerin-based leather cleaner for cleaning saddles, bridles, boots etc. You can also use it to clean other leather items such as car/truck leather interiors,  sofas, motorcycle saddlebags,  purses. Search for these conditioners and see if they are going to help or not.

  2. Its ok...once will not hurt a tough ol saddle. Just get your regular saddle soap and go over it.

  3. use some leather conditioner to restore it
