  1. McDonalds or a favorite family restraunt, a friends house, do you attend a church?

  2. You have half a year to plan this. Why are you so worried?

In my opinion, a baby's first birthday is really a family only occasion. I would avoid inviting too many people because your one year old will be overwhelmed, and so will you. If you must invite that many people, you could always have the party at a location that you could rent. If it were nicer weather (probably won't be) then you could have it at a local park.

One more thing to consider; your baby will probably be napping twice a day at that point, so you'll want to schedule it to not conflict with those naps. Or you'll have one unhappy one year old.

But don't worry about that right now. Having an infant is such a blessing, and I feel like I didn't savor it as much as I could have. Now my toddler is such a little boy!

  3. have a small family gathering with cake and a camera.  nothing else is needed.

  4. First of all, don't invite a lot of people. If you have a big family who will all expect to be there, then maybe you should divide them up into two or three occasions. For one thing, that many people will exhaust your baby, and the party is supposed to be for her, right? No child can have a good time if she's cranky.

When she's older, a good rule of thumb is one little guest for each year of age.

  5. maybe something like Chucke E. Cheese's would be fun, I was a winter baby and I remember I had a couple parties there, and we dont have one where I live now so Im not really sure if its the same or not but they had people dressed up in like the chuck e cheese outfit and the purple guy and the other people they have lol and they all would dance and sing, it might work idk just an idea.. good luck!
