Babysitter needs help on potty training a 2 yr old!?

I don't think my friend is even trying to potty train her son and she works all the time so I'm left with the problem. He's showing all signs he's ready. I don't know where to start I don't even have a training potty. HELP!!

You don't need a trainer. Just take him in with you when you go. When he wants to try just put him up there to go. If he is really ready, that's all you need. 2 IS young, especially for a boy. Although, I have one that is 28 months almost potty trained.

**ETA**For your added comments. Yah that IS gross when theys tart doing that but also a sign that you are right in thinking he is more than likely ready. Try putting the diaper on backwards when he has to have it on. I don;t like Pull-Ups, think they are a waste of money. But I DO put my son in swim diapers sometimes around the house. The pee comes through so he knows he has had an accident but the p**p does not.
