Babysitting 3 babys and i need help im 16?

Question

help i'm 16 and my uncle is wanting me to baby sit his three boys which two are twins.. they are 10 months, and the other one is almost two. he's paying me 100 dollars a week is this less then what i should get or just right.. i don't want him to like cut me short just because i'm young.. okay another thing what should i do with each of them. i've not really babysat this many or this young of baby's before.. what do they eat i just need a little advice.. do they have to take naps or what??

i get 150 for 3 days and there's 2 boys

anyways i take them to the park

give them snacks and read books ,let them watch some t.v

see a movie with them,play outside.

i babysitt from 8am to 3pm

you should consider asking for a bit more money

because they are babies and they are difficult

10 hours, 3 kids under the age of 2, no babysitting experience?  $100 is not enough.  I pay $100 per week for one child at daycare, and the max is 9 1/2 hours.  You get charged something like a dollar a minute after that, per kid!   Plus, that's a lot of stress.  I wouldn't do it if I were you.

after you are comfortable with your day and the quality of care you offer, tell him you would expect a little more cash since the going rate is so much more.  at least by next summer.  then find out what others are paying in your area and get closer to that.  but remember you are related and young.  don't expect too much.  good luck, honey.

I think that is a lot less than what you should get paid.  They should be able to eat table food cut up into small pieces. They should also take naps about the same time every day. They should be content playing with toys. Play with them, they will love it just make sure that none of the toys can fit through a toilet paper tube. If they can, they need to be put up... they are to small and a choking hazard.

I think you are taking on to much and me as a mother of 3 and one on the way will never let you or any 16 year old watch them all at once for that amount of time.  And for what daycare cost now you are very under paid.  I pay 211 a week for my 15 month old and 178 a week for my threee year old.

Your uncle is absolutely taking advantage of you.  Most people pay more than that per week for one child.  If you are not trained and well prepared to care for 3 babies, then he is also putting you and them at risk.  You need to sign up for a local Red Cross babysitting class.  After you are certified, then you will be more comfortable baby-sitting.  It is NOT easy money, especially with 3 little ones.  Please be careful, as well intended as you may be, things can go wrong in a heartbeat.  Best of luck to you.

ask your uncle when you get there when they take naps, what they eat, safety stuff, and where they are and aren't supposed to go, and everything like that.

but he probably don't have much more money to give you then 100 a week. just take it, it's money. don't ask for more than that.
