  1. here is what my friends mom does at sleep overs to tire us out. (swear it works) she stacks some foam bricks making hurdles and then lays down pillows around and we try and jump over them, its fun and tires us out. 5 times of doing that should knock him out!

Also you can try acting out movies (preferibly action movies, more movement) Make sure they are apropriate!! LIke try agent cody bank(?), harry potter, shrek.(basicaly g or pg movies)

  2. No sugar..no bright lights..what you do is over tire him..or just ignore him until he can't stand not having your attention...reward him for doing the right thing and  it will continue to be as you want

  3. Board games, hide and seek, ask him what he wants to do?- Bake some cookies- Good luck girl! ;)

  4. Go outside and chase him around for a couple of hours.  After that he should be less active and will probably fall asleep.

  5. Try putting together an obstacle course with pillows blankets and chairs.  Blindfold him and have him try to navigate the room or find you by sound.   Back to back (instead of looking at each other) catch with a yarn ball.  Find out what kind of movies he likes.  Singing and dancing.  Little boys love to dance but usually won't because they get laughed at by others.  But I would avoid the trampoline even when it isn't covered in snow.  There are too many injury accidents on them and you could find yourself in a lawsuit if he gets hurt.
