Babysitting ad question. Please help me with it.?

Question

I made an ad for my sister to babysit. She doesnt have another car so she cant get a job outside the home and she doesnt have internet so she cant do online surveys and stuff. Anyways, I made her an ad for babysitting because she loves children and that would be somthing she could do at home.

What should I change? Would you hire her from this ad? And please let me know which one you like better between the two ads.

Hi! My name is Brittany Bly. I’m 21 years old and would like to start babysitting. I am a very reliable, nice, honest, and straight forward person. I love kids and have had a lot of experience with them. I had a little girl that lived with me, which I took care of from the age 2months through 18 months. I have also had experience with other children. I have always considered myself to be a good person with them, along with other people who have seen me around children.

Too many words..  no one is going to read all that.  Bullet format is probably better for the initial ad.

Do You Need Child Care?

-Experienced sitter

-Ages x-xx

-Open Availability

-Can provide references (if she can)

-Located in xx area, care provided in my own home

-Flexable Rates

-Will interact with your children

-I am an adult

-You are free to verify background/drug screen at your own cost

If she doesnt have the internet, she will either have to post the ad in the newspaper that will likely charge per word, or fliers hung in the neighborhood.  It would need to be printed on flashy colors, words need to be short and sweet.

The type of ad you have written would be appropriate for say a website that was specifically for nannys, or even craigslist, but if she has no internet.....
