Babysitting fish?

Question

i just got two fish, and i am away from home most of the summer. i have the choice of leaving them with my uncle, who works but is home at night and is a huge fish lover, but hes an hour away, or getting them settled into my tank in my room and trusting them with my best friend, who goes to her dads every other weekend, and to my uncles, but is also a huge fish lover. who should i leave them with?

Why on earth get a pet if you know you'll just be leaving it behind?

Depending on the tank and fish, consider where you want these fish when you finally get home because once a large tank is established- it's not really going anywhere.

I'd vote for the friend, and get an automatic fish feeder for the days she is away.

I'd say give them to your uncle.

But I have a question...why did you get fish if you knew you wouldn't be able to take care of them?
