Babysitting in va?

Ok. My neighbor asked me to babysit her spoiled brats. I don't get along with the girl and she is 10 and and the boy is 7 and we get along prefectly. The girl always wants her way, no matter what. I will be walking over everyday in the summer. I accepted the job.

A: What should I charge an hour?

I baby sat back-in-the-day when it was .50 an hr. and you had to do dishes as well. However I do not think that $6.00 is too much to ask if you have to deal with that pushy little brat of a girl. She's like that because first time parents dote on their very first project together. Perhaps you can help her to learn that even though she's the oldest that their other people in the world and she isn't the center of it. Be kind though I had a "Queen" in my life and she grew into a sweet, wonderful, loving woman. Good luck kiddo...~M~

What all will you be doing? If you are just "sitting" then I would say $6 as well. If you will actually be taking them places or planning activities for them then I would say go up to $10. Good luck!!
