Babysitting tips & checklist?

I am going to be babysitting other's children for the first time & need a day & night checklist & also some tips. Any ideas?

how old are the children?

I can't really give you a checklist but

Make sure to feed them!

It sounds silly but little kids often wont tell you when they're hungry especially if they're engrossed in something.
