  1. Yes it is possible to obtain a Bachelor's Degree in three years, in fact for most universities in the U.K. this is the time frame in which one is earned.

In the U.S. it is still possible to graduate in three years, but four is more realistic. I graduated in 4 years with a double major (Business Management & Psychology) and a double minor (Sociology and Philosophy).

Granted to do this in the time frame which I did, also took a lot of commitment on my part. I saw three advisors, one in each department for my major and then the designated school advisor who all tried their hardest to tailor the courses so that they could be transferable, which saved me re-doing courses again. I also had to take one-two summer classes and of course, put the effort in to both show up to class and do the homework assigned to make sure that I passed the class first-time.

So yes, with a lot of effort, commitment and the correct guidence, it is possible.

  2. Definitely!  People do it all the time.

I do not, however, recommend it.  Mine took 4 years with a double major, my boyfriend took 5 and a few summers for a triple major.  People who speed through in 3 years almost always regret it.  It's a ton of work all at once and you miss out on a lot of fun

  3. depends on the school. talk to your college advisor..but honestly college is the best experience of your life!! stay all four years. :)

  4. You might want to worry about your grammar before you worry about a BACHELOR'S degree

  5. Definitely. It depends on how many credits you are willing to take on each semester. Each class is typically 4 credits and you need 120 to get a Bachelor degree. Students normally take 8 semesters of 4 classes to get the degree in 4 years.

If you took 5 classes per semester, and also attended full time for each summer semester, you could graduate in 3 years.

You can also look into acelerated degrees online or at private universities specializing in selected fields... Nursing Degrees for example.

To find out more, call your local community college and have them point you in the right direction. They are a great resource as many of their graduating students transfer to university to get their Bachelor Degrees.

  6. Yes. Depends on the degree. A bachelor of arts is 3yrs. 4 subjects per semester and you still have time to work and bring in a decent salary. (That's in Sydney).

  7. yes if you go to a specialized school for that....or if you take alot of classes and go to school non stop for the few years. It can always be done its just alot of work and kind of ruins other parts of your life. Good luck though.
