please tell me if this diet will work. im trying to lose 20 pounds in 2 months.for breakfast at 7:am i eat oatmeallunch at school 12:35pm a salad /apples for dinner at 5pm i usually have fish or chickenat 8pm i exercise for about 2 hours.i drink 12 glasses of water a day.i also drink carrot juice in the morninghow many pounds will i lose if i stick to this.
