Question:

Back 2 School Diet???

please tell me if this diet will work. im trying to lose 20 pounds in 2 months.

for breakfast at 7:am i eat oatmeal

lunch at school 12:35pm a salad /apples

for dinner at 5pm i usually have fish or chicken

at 8pm i exercise for about 2 hours.

i drink 12 glasses of water a day.

i also drink carrot juice in the morning

how many pounds will i lose if i stick to this.

  2. Seems like you're eating too little. If you eat less than 1200 calories a day, your body automatically puts it into starvation mode so that it can retain the energy to keep your body working. You won't burn anything while you're in starvation mode, so just make sure you eat more than 1200 calories a day.

    Also, from 12:35 to 5 pm is a long gap for your stomach to not have food. By the time you have dinner, your metabolism will have slowed down, causing it to burn fewer calories b/c it doesn't have energy to burn. What I suggest is to eat a snack between the hours of 3-4 so that your metabolism has a bit of a kick start to burning food later on in the evening.

    Don't forget to give yourself a treat once in a while or else you'll go crazy. Honestly, this diet sounds really boring unless you're super overweight.
