  1. You are probably over rotating your body.

  2. You are probably hitting the ball too soon and since you are a beginner hit with both hands. Keep your racket faced forward as if balancing a penny on it's frame and follow through ( swing bottom to top).

  3. 1) when you hit you are probably using more right hand than left hang (if you are a righty-vice-versa for a lefty)

try holding a backhand grip and lift up two fingers from your right hand, this will force you to use your left hand more, when you get a feel for it hold it normally again and try again this should help

    2) you are hitting the ball earlier, if you hit it a little bit later it might help

    GOOD LUCK!

  4. Use a two handed-backhand for more power and one-handed for more accuracy and spin

  5. hha i can only serve backhand.

  6. i think you might be opening up on your shot too early.. try to keep your body sideways longer

  7. Assuming you are R handed, i am going to tell you to step w/ R foot diagonally across/in front of body, turn your R shoulder at your target  and finish with extending your follow through (raquet hand) out towards the target.
