Back In The Frame favourite for Bhest Racing To School Maiden Fillies´ Stakes
Back In The Frame has been awarded with the best odds for the Bhest Racing To School Maiden Fillies´ Stakes at Pontefract in England on Monday, April 23, 2012. The winner of the class-5 race will be awarded a cash prize of £2,386.
The going will be good to soft in the 5 furlong race, which is scheduled to start at 14:15 GMT, and nine entries have been confirmed for it. Their names are as follows: Back In The Frame, Lasilia, Excel Yourself, Jadanna, Modern Lady, Jamnean, Lady Raffa,
Mace The Ace and Princess In Exile.
Most of the runners are inexperienced at this level and have not even taken part in a single event. Due to this the bookies have favoured Back In The Frame, who seems to be all set for her maiden victory.
The punters do not have too many options, thus they might also place the maximum number of bets in favour of Back In The Frame, who has entered one race in her career until now.
The two-year-old filly managed to finish runner up in her only race. She gave a tough time to her rivals, but ran out of gas in the end and had to settle for the second place.
However, the Tom Dascombe’s trainee might have the confidence and flow to match her opponents in today’s race. She will be partnered by Richard Kingscote, who has enjoyed plenty of success at this level. The seasoned jockey needs to improve his overall strike
rate in order to attract more bets in the future.
Another filly, who has got the experience of racing at this level is, Jamnean. She has entered a couple of events and finished third in one of them. This was her best result, as she ended up fourth in her next outing. She might attract a few bets from the
punters, as she has the tools to deliver a winning performance at Pontefract.
Lasilia, Excel Yourself and Modern Lady are also expected to do well in the race, as they appear to be very fit runners. However, they do not have any racing experience, thus might find it hard to challenge their rivals.
