It started yesterday and i dont quite know what is could be from. Maybe a couldve pulled a muscle in my back when i was lifting the water-cooler bottle, but i always could pick that up no problem in the past. The pain is in the middle of my back especially when i look down and touch my chin to my chest. Do you think this is muscular or do you think it is something different?
also, Do you think i'll be able to get back to my running regimen today, considering the pain started yesterday?
