Back aches? and how to get rid of them.?

My back hurts if i have been walking around for a while. like when i go to great america it kills me and also at the mall. i cannot stand it what do i do. oh ya i am 13 so i don't

think that is normal for a 13 year old... is it?

It is not normal for a 13 year old to have back aches but there are a number of possibilities for what could be causing it such as the kind of shoes you might be wearing (an example only).

As to how to get rid of them, depending on what's causing it it could mean changing the kind of shoes you wear.  

I would recommend letting your parents know what's going on so that they can help you keep an eye on the situation.
