Whenever I go to sleep I always wake up with a back ache in about the middle of my back. I don't know where this came from because I never originally changed my usual sleeping position until these pain started coming. I heard this could be caused by my muscles and that they need more exercise. What kind of exercises or stretches should I start doing so that I can once again gte a full nights sleep?

  1. Any kind of gentle stretch exercises will help. For a

good back muscle work out anytime is to Swim regularly.

The other thing you can do is sleep with one of those

booster pillows between your legs, this helps support the

spine in a straight formation.  Until you try these things

you cannot know if it will work for you.

  2. you should get a better matress or your worried about something

  3. Oh, dear...well I'll help you out with that, well...you see, you just need to get a knife from the kitchen and stab it onto your spinal cord...the main purpose is to destroy the relay neuroone so that your back won't give you stupid pain waves...

  4. I have a Sleep Number bed.  Once I found my number, my aching back went away.

  8. It would be worth a try.
