Question:

Back and Thighs Hurts!?

I ran a mile in phycisal fitness class yesterday (I was out of shape) and before that my thighs always hurt when I sat down in math class without slouching. My back also hurts (upper and lower) from running. It hurts my inner thighs to cross my legs, or even lift them when sitting... I WANT TO EASE THE PAIN AT HOME!!!

would a hot bath be best... what else....

  1. Start with a hot bath and if you need it later on this evening, try using a heating pad for 20 mins at a time on the sore sites.  Main thing is you need to warm up and stretch before you do any long running when you are not in shape or used to it.  If the pain continues, you might want to talk to your Dr.  But it just sounds like minor muscle strain.
