  1. try doing push ups, or doing a lot of handstands against a wall to make your arms stronger, then you won't fall on your head.

if your bed is too high then try the couch??

If you can do a back bend then you have half the battle over with. First do some back bends to stretch out your back then, just kick you leg over and the other one will follow. (This is called a back bend kick over.) Make sure that you keep your arms locked and straight and keep your legs straight too. Once you have this down, you can try a back walkover. When you are going into a back bend kick one foot over at the same time and just the the back bend kick over, your second leg will follow. Good Luck! Just keep trying and you will get it!

  3. Not to be mean, but my squad has been competing for the last 6 years...back walk overs aren't very well noticed...and much harder then back-handsprings...make sure you have a spot or try them on a trampoline!
