Back child support so far behind when does the agency start to something about it?

how far behind in child support does west virgina start doing something about the father is 28,000 dollars behind and it seems every time child support finds him he quits and they may suspend his licence but he gets right back he works a couple weeks and queits

Why not have your attorney file an order to show cause why he should not be incarcerated for violating the court's order that he pay the child support?

A week or two in jail and he might decide to discharge his obligation to support his child/children.

You can also impound his income tax returns and garnish his salary (but salary garnishment is next to worthless when he works a week or two and then quits to find another job somewhere else).

Try the jail route and see if that doesn't get his attention.

Where did you ever find such a deadbeat loser?

Contact your prosecuting attorney's office and bring it to their attention.  While there is no set amount at which they will press charges, most that I have dealt with will do it when the amount becomes $5000.00.
