  1. well this wont be safe unless you dont rush yourself!!!

    so please be very careful

    to start

    a backbend from standing can be scary at first

    so get someone to assist you down the first few times

    and then be there to spot for you while you try on your own

    you should be able to do it relatively soon!

    so...once youre able to do that you should try a back walkover just to take things at a safe speed

    when youre first trying a back handspring have someone with you to guide you through it

    this can be a dangerous trick so dont take it too lightly! :)

    if you have any other questions about the sport or tricks or flexibility just message me

    hope this helped :)

    good luck

    edit: you can definitely do it in a month...less!

  2. yes!

    you will definately be able to do it in a month :)

    I got mine in one day, when I was twelve.

    I was kinda in the same position as you;;

    just make sure your back is flexible. So stretch your bridges!

    and your shoulders too!

    and you just kinda have to go for it..the back bend anyway.

    NEVER DO A BACKHANDSPRING without a spot!

    always have your coach help you;

    and strengthen your core and shoulders a lot!

    the technique to a  handspring;

    is to sit down like you would in a chair..and as soon as you feel the urge to fall, push through your toes as hard as you can and stretch your hands behind you, and they'll hit the ground.

    as soon as they hit, rebound with your shoulders and squeeze your abs and you'll land :)

    simple as that... :)

    but remember, USE A SPOT!

    and practice make perfect!

  3. you will probly get in less than a week can you do it on the trampoline that will help you a lot also you can go to your local tumbling centter if not than you and a buddy can just get out in the yard and spot each other..................
