ok, so im a really flexible person, and i took acro for 2 1/2 years, but i quit (long story) about a year and a half or so ago. i still continue to do acro, just at home for fun. im not sure how many ppl know wat this is, but i can easily do a back rabian (its pretty much a slow motion back handspring, you push off with both feet, and land on both, u just dont jump back.) i do this very well, and i feel like i could do my back handspring. i dont have anyone who could spot me while i do this, but do u think i could do it on my own?

thanks(:

  2. Um..

I would suggest trying to get some one to spot you.

If not, you should try to do it on like a mattress or a trampoline at first, so you don't get hurt.

    Good luck!

  3. See if theres anyway you can go to an open gym at a gymnastics gym somwhere near where you live. There you have access to tumble tracks and trampolines. And there are some gyms where coaches will be willing to spot you on back handsprings. Hope this helps!
