I had a softball tournament this weekend and caught three consecutive games. Now my back hurts below my shoulder. It almost feels like its on my rib. It doesn't hurt at all unless i make a throwing motion or lift my arm the "wrong way". Does anyone know what the best fix for this might be? ice, heat, brace, etc.? I have 3 hour practices everyday this week so i need for it to be a pretty quick fix if there is one! lol thanks in advance!
