month in different places. Does anyone know if they are still around and if so what are they called and how would I find out more information about it? They were motorcycle races.

CMC or the California Motocross Club was bought out by CRC or California Racing Club. CRC went out of business a few years back. I remember racing in a few CRC races at different tracks in socal.

There is however REM now days. REM races every Saturday at the Glen Helen Raceway. They start races at about 10 am and go on all day, plus its really cool that the national track is open as well, so if you wanted to practice a little between motos, you can. REM uses the back track, which is sometimes more fun than the national track in my opinion....
