I have a long series of volleyball games coming up and now my back decides to start hurting. I've been playing all summer with no problems and now I've noticed that when I swing my arms up to hit the ball, my back over curves of something and it hurts. Its really messing with my hitting cause I can't get my hand on top of the ball. I've tried cracking it but...that doesn't seem to work for too long. It seems to be more on the left side of my spine and maybe like a muscle thing. hm, it hurts more in my lower back like right in the middle off or a little after the curve in my spine. will taking two aleve tablets before my games relieve the whole back thing?and what about icy hot? or back stretches?
