  1. i would go just to make sure everything is okay

  2. wow that had to be funny, but anyway you prob. just shocked the muscle, when you walk or mover the muscle is extending and flexing so it is moving the sore muscle, wait a few days and see if it goes away if not and your still worried make an appt.

  3. u may have to go to the doctor u might have pulled or torn something

  4. You might need an ajustment on your back, but walking will take care of it in time. Use ice to get rid of the swelling.

  5. If you go to a park where there is a pull up bar and hang from it by your hands it should make it feel better and make sure you drink a lot of water after. That's what I've heard helps.

  6. i would..yeah

  7. try this: obtain a medicated oil (Tiger brand, avail @ Whole Foods, 'bout $8). use a nice smooth soup spoon or cleaned coin, and massage some oil on troubled areas - rubbin' it w/spoon or coin. it might hurt - while rubbing it & even afterward with a bit "hang-over pain", but no pain - no gain (b/c u r putting some pressure on.) u should feel better after  5'. this technique helps "detoxing" and speeding up the healing process.

but if failed, check w/your doc asap.

Google 4 these terms u'll see what i'm talking about: 'cao gio', 'coin rubbing', or 'gui sha'. for me, even chiro/doc sometimes delaying the pain longer while treating me (since i do martial arts). hence, it's extremely helpful when i needed.

    good luck!

  8. It depends on the duration and severity of the pain.  I would try to alternate ice and heat for awhile, and take some over the counter anti inflammatory like Motrin for a few days and see if you get any results.  That's probably all a doc would do for you at this point.  I think if you were seriously injured you would have pain while sitting and lying down as well,
