Back pain when i lay down?

When i lay on my back my lower left side of my back hurts but this has only happen today so maybe tomorrow it won't ill just have to wait and see. lol i always have something bothering me and i am only 13 be 14 in 6 days. like my left rib was hurting me for the last few days too.

Some of this pain could be as a result of growing pains (sometimes pain can occur as the body is going thru its growing stage but this is just an example only).

When growing pains occur it can last for a few days and then go away  for a time.

I would recommend letting your mom know what's going on so that she can help you keep an eye on the situation.
