Question:

Back pains and breathing difficulties when on trampoline?

Hi, we have just got a trampoline and when I bounce I get back pains and breathing difficulties and I cannot bounce for more than one minute at a time and the pains continue to hurt after I have got of the trampoline, does can anyone help or know what might be causing this?

p.s I have asthma and I am 14

  1. You may have a compressed nerve somewhere along your spine. Can be caused by different things. It should improve over time, your young. Your body has a great ability to heal itself. See a doctor if it persists. You should have an X-ray. Have an MRI test done before you go to ANY chiropractor.

    Very normal for old folks,...no so normal for young folks.

    In a few words...stay off the trampoline. At least until you feel better.


  2. The breathing difficulty is more than likely your asthma. As for the back pains. You might have a pinched nerve, or a slipped disk, which might not hurt all the time, untill you trigger it.
