  1. You should definitely talk to at least your trainer, and go to your family doctor. You shouldn't just "get used to" pain when playing volleyball. maybe a few massage sessions or a chiropractic adjustment is all you need to be playing pain free.

  2. You probably aren't stretching your back musles well. Or you arent serving the right way. You might be arching your back to much when you serve.

  3. You need complete rest to get over any back pain.  ie. Lying down and resting the whole day, etc etc. A few days like this,  like at least a week? should ensure that you have a complete recovery, hopefully...

You can't play normal volleyball if you have backpain, you need to get back to normal, by not playing in the meantime.

You really need to see a doctor about this.

  4. I dont know whats wrong but that shouldnt happen at all!

Try to rest and not do things to strain it.

Talk to your coach about it.

    It could just be soreness.

  5. I've gone through this a ton!! I'm going through it right now so i know how you feel! what you're probably doing is when you serve you are arching your back too far back!! So practice your toss a ton and make sure to toss it in front of you. and if you can record yourself serving so you can see what you're doing wrong it helps a ton!!

  6. i had back pains during most of the past season. it was n my lower back to the left too. it hurt me to serve and pretty much do anything. idk if it's the same thing... but i went to the trainer(i'm n high school though) and i got stem and i think heat on it. idk if u can get any of that done though. i also used these icy hot patches. they worked pretty well and i could wear them @ school throughout the day. i think they r @ target or walmart.
