Back problem for a swimmer?

i am a swimmer and have been for a while. what happens if one side of my back is stronger than my other, and my shoulders are uneven?

side effects?

i am getting shoulder problems?

what do i do?

cause effect?

  1. I've never seen it but I've heard of it, what happens is you may be working out one side of your body more than the other therefore that one is getting stronger and more muscular, or broader in the case of the shoulders, this makes it a lot more noticeable however if you've got both sides even you can't tell it's kind of like with weight lifting if you only lift on one side and not the other only ONE arm will get bigger.

    to prevent this try to work out both sides
