Back to School Fashion? Please Help!?

Okay here's the deal my school colors are yellow and black, I need tips what I should wear. Like different styles. Also stores in the Queens,NY area were I can get some stylin' clothes using my school colors. Also I need some different hairstyles. My hair is 4in below my shoulders and straight. Links and pics will be really helpful also.
