Back to School Outfit!!!?

I'm going to be a freshman and i want some good ideas for a back to school outfit. I have a pretty low budget so nothing too expensive. I'm into unique clothes and bright colors but not too girly. Im about 5'5, I'm not wicked skinnny but not fat and have long dark hair. This outfit also needs a bag big enough for school books etc...

forever 21 is mostly affordable and have the cutest stuff. also pac sun but some of there stuff tends to be a lil overpriced..

Try Wet Seal, Charlotte Russe, H&M and Forever 21 for bright colored, unique clothes. They're bound to have something =]

As for a bag, I know this sounds stupid, but try Target. They have a lot of really cute, relatively unexpensive totes.
