  1. when i was in the eight grade, we needed like about 14 notebooks, ruler, art supplies, couple of pens and pencils and an eraser, scientific calculator, protractor, compass, 8 pocket portfolio, 4 folders, and a packet of loose leaf.

act like you are more responsible and attentive but still be yourself.

wear what you prefer if in public school, but wear your uniform neatly when your in private school.

be calm and have fun....it is your last year in grammar school...but prepare for the best and the worst in high school. :P

  2. hi minnie , lol .

well my brother just started 8th grade as well earlier this month.

    ( im a tenth grader , lol )

the first day of school he pretty much needd' to just show up & pay attention. They will usually go over school procedures & rules the first week . But just in case basci supplies are:

of course paper & writing utensils

    3 ring binders

    folders

    index cards

    markers, crayons, colored pencils, etc.

    notebooks

depending on what kind of science, math, & social studies class you have you might need like a scientific calculator , lab fees , & like tissues & hand sanitizer & stuff.

I'm not going to tell you how to act because you should just be yourself. Of course act mature and responsible because this is your last year in middle school (if its like orlando, lol ) This is usually when kids start to change so stick with people who you know will be there for you & stay the way you like them.

Wear whatever expresses you best. Im the kind of girl who like skinny jeans, bright colors, slot of accesories and all tht good stuff. But its a good idea to find pics of a celebrity whos clothes you really like & try to like dress similar. Or whatever suits your body & comfort level.

*** if your school offers high school courses & you think you could handle them i would recommend at least taking one.

& i wish you the best at school & if you need anything else email me!
