  1. A lot of people are like that. When I get nervous, my stomach hurts and I get diarrhea. The only thing that helps me is to know it's not worth what I'm putting my body through. High school will either suck or rock. It'll just happen the way it happens. You can't really change it without changing yourself. Sometimes the only way to fit in is to lose your individuality. I wouldn't do it. But some people do. And you don't know-- your personailty may shine and you could have tons of friends! But 9th grade is barely the tip of the high school ice burg. You have 3 more years to enjoy. Just focus on your grades and have fun.

  2. Eh... just roll with it... You will be fine...

Why not use this opportunity to recreate your persona...?

Walk in like you own the place... Dont take any c**p for no one, and just be your own person.

  3. relaxation techniques, breath in through nose out through mouth, stretch, massage your temples, don't go to school hungry and remember everyone has gone to high school...and so can you..and we all survived

  4. think of it like you just came off of fall break or something like your coming back from just a week, and all your friends are right there with you again,

  5. Going into high school is definitely one of those times we get nervous.

Your friends are going to be just as nervous as you are.  Talk to them.

You will adjust to your new class schedule after the first week.

Talk to other people in your classes. They will probably enjoy the fact that someone new has reached out to them.  Good Luck.
