Back to school beauty???

Question

well i cant do much with my outfit since im going to a private school for grade 8 and theres a uniform, bu how do i look my absolute best for back to school? i dont know anyone there and i wanna make a good first impression! include hair tips cuz im getting a haircut but i dont know what to get. (my hair is thin and medium length brown.) oh and make up tips too. my skin is very light colored and i dont have much acne just a cuple little ones that u cant see. i need tips on bacicaly anything! thanks. god bless <3
