Back-to-school dreams! uggh! in dream my school looks so dreary, these dreams are scary

i love my school, but slightly dont want summer2 end, have had 2 dreams now that i go back and my school is scary and big and dark and theres scary bellhops altho its just a school! anyone know what that means?

(hey, i also had a dream corbin bleu was with me on my boat-ride to school, but i think thats only bcuz i was watching catch that kid last nite! but also, i cant go on a boat to my school!?)

This dream might mean that you had a very bad experience with school or something having to do with school last year and you might be secretly worried it will come back to haunt you. Maybe a bad fight with a friend or a crush crushed you. Summer was an escape from those things and now you're kind of nervous and scared.

change of any kind can be very scary. particulary going into a new grade. you never know what to expect from your old friends and from new friends that you will surely make. you do not know what to expect from your new teachers. the challenges you will face can really play mind games with you. just take a deep breathe and let it out slowly. as a matter of fact here is a real good relaxing exercise you can do when you start feeling scared and over-whelming. start by relaxing your shoulders. .this means you want to pull your shoulders downward from your head. then take in air through your nose slowly to a count of 8... hold to a count of 4 ...then slowly release through your mouth to a count of 8. repeat until you are relaxed. you can do this relaxation technique anywhere,anytime and no one will know you are doing it. keep your thoughts positive about the new school year. remember how you felt at the beginning of last school year and then finding out it wasn't so bad after all. this new school year will be even better for you. i send you blessings and wishes of the best of luck to you!
