i want to lose 3-5 lbs in a 6-7 days and 1.5 inches of my stomach. is that possible and will this exercise pain work1- swim 25-30 there and back laps in the pool 2- bike ride 2-3 miles 3- run 1.5-2 miles4- do 50 sit ups 5- 50 crunches 6- 10 push ups 7- 12 leg lifts and eat right and drink lots and lots of water oh and im 13
