Back to school nerves/sleeping stuff?!?

Question

okayy im kinda nervous to go back to school. i'll be going into 10th grade and im mainly nervous because they remodeled my whole school and i'll prbs get lost, plau i think they changed the bus routes.

any ideas to get over these nerves?

*plus i need to start going to bed early. like i normally go to bed around 3 in the morning and i need to get up at like 5:30 by the time school comes, so i want to get into bed by like 9 or 10.

I would say a couple days before school starts, you should try waking up earlier and earlier each day so you are more tired by night time you will want to go to sleep sooner.  Have your parents call the house early so you will actually get up.  And don't worry, everyone else will probably get lost in your new remodled school too.

no need to worry. every single time i'v been worrid in my life its turned out fine. when i went into the 10th grade we had to go to a new school. i had no friends in my class but i soon made some new ones.

I can't blame you for being nervous- I am sure a lot of other people from the school are.  You need to start going to bed just a little earlier every night and getting up earlier so your body can adjust before school starts.  You probably should have started this a couple of weeks ago but do the best you can.  If you make yourself get up in the a.m. your body will be tired enough to go to sleep at night just might take a while.

It is normal to feel this way.  I went back to school today and I couldn't sleep last night.  Things have a way of working out so don't worry about the changes, they might be better than before.  Think positive!  

Also, start adjusting your sleep time sooner than later.  It will make it more difficult to get up with an alarm.  Good luck with 10th grade!!!

I'm going into 10 as well and u basically said facts lol maybe u can walk or get a ride the 1st day then find out the roots at office and when they remodel schools they ushally dont care if ur late to class and all
