Back to school wardrobe emergincy!?!?

I really need back to school clothes, and I've been everywhere and I can't find back to school clothes. The only things I bought for back to school are 2 pairs of jeans and a t-shirt. I have $100 to spend but I have no idea where to find clothes for me. I'm going to grade 8, and I'm skinny and I like girly clothes :)

Personally for me I go to forever21, wet seal hot topic and american eagle .they have trendy stuff for a bargain. Also if you want really affordable clothes go to target, it may not be the trendest store but they have tons of stuff that you mix match.
