Back-up assistant with Verizon?

So the guy at the store set me up for the Back-up assistant via my phone, but I can't find my account online. What the h**l? How do I get there?

thats the URL for it so try that also just log in your phone number should be the user name and idk the password but that should do it and when you log in on the main screen it should have a thing that says "my contacts" they should be in there
