Back walkovers????????????????

now i have another problem, kicking off the floor, i practise mostly every day but i cant do it.

i practise kicking off the wall but it seems like it does nothing to help, what could help me to kick off the floor?

  1. It sounds like you need to work on developing your inner core muscles.  You will find plenty of exercises on the internet. Good luck!


  2. i had to same problem. ok well this is how i learned. first do a back kick over. so do a back bend but bend you back so you hands are as close to your feet as possible. so kinda like you are trying to put you head right through your legs. then kick as hard as you can. here are some good links that helped me a lot

    the second girl explains it differently then i did but my way is better because i am a higher level gymnast then her
