BackSpin Billiards Download Crash HELP!!?

Hi everybody. I just bought the game with a gamepass credit and it immediately crashes on starting downloading. Tried uninstalling the demo and redownloading again, but no use! Any ideas to solve the problem? HELP.

try asking over in computer game might get much better anwers as we only play the real game here

you said you bought it... with the credit, so go back to where you bought it, and ask for a new one.. sorry, but that's all I can think of..
