  1. back handspring is easy front flip ehu its kinda hard but not that hard and back flip is really hard!

  2. well it would take much longer to learn a front and back flip then a back handspring so i would go with the back handspring...

    Hope this helps!!

  3. the back flip is easier then the back flip trust me i was in gymnastics before and you sould do the back flip last

  4. backhandsprings are VERY VERY EASY!

a new girl at my gym got hers in her first lesson!

so if you're planning on building up skills do BHS first.

  5. you should defiantly choose a back handspring because they are much easier to build and work with as for a front flip you can only do one thing jump in the air, and if you do not jump high enough you may  get hurt and over time you could possibly develope knee problems because of the impact with the floor. Back hand springs are so much easier becausse you can do a roundoff before them.

  6. Start with a back handspring. You can do drills for all three skills at home though, so that you are ready to learn any of them pretty quickly when the time comes.

    Good luck!

  7. I'm guessing by back flip you mean back tuck

and by front flip you mean front punch.

i think you should go with backhand springs.

those are like the basic thing you need for a tuck.

    front punches are pretty difficult.

but bhs. and tucks are not too bad.
