Background checks at jobs?

When doing a background check for a job, would it show up if someone is undocumented? what if they have never done any type of crime? ....... would it show? Do all jobs follow the same procedure when doing background checks? from restaurants, landsscaping?offices? call centers? etc?

  1. Of course undocumented workers would be discovered in a background check. Undocumented people are not born in the USA, this makes them a citizen of somewhere else. When you commit a crime in the USA, they take your fingerprints. Those show up in all kinds of data banks.


  2. You have to have a social for a background check, I had a non moving traffic violation 8 years ago and just had a background check for my job.. it showed up. All places do not require one, this is the first one I have had in years.. most places in Arizona require a drug screen before employment, but yes any crime will show up.
