Question:

Background checks on undocumented?

When hiring position applied, if the person meets all the requirements except.. they might be undocumented? would it show on the background check? what if they never committed a crime at all, not even a ticket, no nothing.....except for not having the right paperwork ..... would it show?

  1. Heavens yes, and if they were hired, the employer would be in jail rather quickly after he hired her.  Or at least.. supposed to be in jail after they hired her.

  3. Most illegals work in industries that don't require education or background checks.

  4. If you are undocumented, I don't see how you will pass the most basic of checks unless you have forged documents.  The last time I started a job I had to bring my passport, social security card, license, etc.

  5. they do not meet all the requirements- no proof of citizenship. the background will show they are NOT legal.. therefore, are unable to be hired.
