  1. try making it only one movement instead of first doing a bridge and then kicking over. start standing with your weight on one foot with the other one pointed in front of you, lean backwards with your head tilted back and watch the floor as you put your hands down, and as soon as your hands touch the floor, kick your pointed foot over.

sorry if my explanation was vague, i tried!!

  2. Couple of thoughts-

Back handspring- it can be difficult to do one standing still. It helps to start out with someone spotting you, even if they just put their arm out behind you when you first start and immediately move, the safety in knowing they are there can help.A running start with a round-off going into the back hand spring can give you a lot of momentum. I used to practice with a mattress, so if I fell, it would not hurt so bad.  If you are standing still, swing your arms while bending your knees (and stand upright, bend knees, upright, etc) for momentum. When you are ready to go backwards, swing your arms up, start to "stand" and use your feet to pushoff. And let momentum take you the rest of the way.

Backwalkover- try to do it all in one flowing motion. Going into a standing bridge, stopping, and then trying to kick over is going to be hard, and maybe impossible to do. I used to start with the leg that was going over first pointed out in front of me. Also, I would swing my arms as I would if I were doing a back handspring. Once I was ready to go, as my arms would swing over my head, I would start to kick with the leg that was pointed out as if there was a string attached to my hands. Let momentum take you through it.

Practice handstands against a wall to stabilize your body.

    Hope this helps you.
