Backorder Phone!!!!!!?

Question

I ordered the sidekick2008 today. they said that for 90 days it would be on back order. is there a chance that it'll come earlier? its supposed to be my birthday gift from my dad! my birthday is in September and i wouldn't enjoy getting it in November. and does back order mean that none of the stores have it either?

There is a deffinate chance that it will come off of back order earlier than it says. Its just a guideline. However it can also work the other way. Chances are the stores get them from the same place as you. They might have some in stock as they are shipped them first.
