Backpacking africa?

Question

can backpack around africa on the coast line? is it sort of dangerous? maybe landmines or something? what sort of things would i need to pack? to wear? vaccines or shots before i leave? passport? ive never traveled before so i need lots of detailed answers. also you can email me.

It might be dangerous, I'm not sure. I doubt there would be landmines because Africa is a poor country and probably couldnt afford them. Talk to your doctor about the vaccines
