Question:

Backwards kickover or backwards walkover front walkover thing?

Backwards Kickover: I can do it of the couch but not of the ground, I can do the splits handstands and cartwheels any tips?

Front Walkover: I can't get up from bridge position please help any tips?

Backbend: I am to scared to fall backwards coz when i do i land on my back even when i am only going to fall on the bed

If any one can help plz plz leave ur tips thanks =)

Ok well i am a gymnast i had the same problems your going through right now. : ) on the back walk overs try doing them over a stack of pilows so that way if you fall you land on sumthin soft! and then each time you get it remove a pillow! Front Walkovers are pretty tricky just try and go really fast it's what works for me! The backbend I used to be just like you! But now i am over that fear! use the pillow trick!

    Hop my tips worked and if they didn't I will think of more tricks to help you!

    BTW All these tricks worked for me and now i am a competitive gymnast!
