Backyard Reception Ideas

Question

Having a reception in my backyard but it may be to small for 200 guest and I have a huge ulgy storage in the middle of my yard. Any decorating suggestion? ALso the yard is a bit hilly? I NEED HELP. So any suggestion would be fine with all questions. Thanks

Use the hills and shed to your advantage. If you have any space in the storage shed put up a curtain to block the sight of your things you are storing setup tables in the storage shed if possible. Place lighting around the exterior of the shed to highlight plants and walking areas. Also place the lightening where the hills are showing the hills in their best light will also keep people from tripping. The tables can also be placed scattered around instead of in one place. Makes the area with so many people look larger and fill larger.

You can't do too much with the hills, but if you get some kind of drape for the sides of the storage shed that might be in the theme of the reception, it will help decorate and take away from the unsightliness of the shed.

first you should check with city ordinances to make sure that you are allowed to have a party with that many people in your backyard. Most cities have noise restrictions.
