I am an Ilongga and where else can you find the best Inasal if not in Iloilo and Bacolod? if I were in Iloilo though, I would choose Jo's Chicken Iñato. The best that there is! I just love the free rice and the sawsawan.

I like my chicken crunchy on the outside but juicy in the inside - not because of the cooking oil ha? =))

ANY INASAL NA MANOK as long as it is BISAYANG MANOK. TRY IT.

after jollibee, chicken inasal comes a close second.   i never like max fried chicken.  too dry for me.
